Can we align on trace metal analysis (COA) before mass production?

Yes. Please specify the critical elements (e.g., Fe, V, Ti) in the RFQ stage so we can include ICP-MS testing in the delivery plan.

Suggested First RFQ Email Format

If your team needs a fast start, use this structure in the first email. It improves quote precision and reduces clarification cycles.

  1. Project background and target equipment (e.g., Aixtron MOCVD).
  2. Product and material target: graphite grade, density, ash target, SiC coating thickness, C/C architecture, or carbon felt requirements.
  3. Attachments: 2D drawing with tolerances, 3D STEP file, marked-up photo, or current sample reference.
